Humbled

• so humbled ... Thinking about my life tonight... had a moment. I'm so blessed in many ways... 

One is to not only have a man who loves me well, calls me friend, but also shares a business with me. We honestly are so excited to share our work with you...

♡ our Creator who created this journey we are on. Can't really discribe how I feel right now except grateful & humbled. Much struggle in our lives, but a lot of beauty too. Just thankful!

New Year's 2014

Love this time of year. Always new beginnings, new journeys, & new adventures. I'm ready for what all this means.

And, so thankful that this year I celebrated a new beginning by photographing a wedding reception on the River....@ the Bridge Building.

This year I wanted greatly to connect to this Season, to it's heart. In our western culture it flies by with busy and wealth. But, the story of it is what I thirst for. Because in that story my "empty" is filled.

today was just what I needed... lately I've been dreaming of animals, creation, a land full of life and today was just that. my dream on earth. this photo shoot had its own life to it... it was just what the doctor ordered.

Through this PILGRIMAGE I've learned these things:
1.  Nonconformists are not always nonconforming by choice. Sometimes it is the hand they are dealt.
2.  No matter what the facts tell us, the heart can have a different story.
3.  The word unique is highly understated.  Our stories can connect but are never the same.
4.  Family units start with two (sometimes just stay there, two) and are divinely put together. They come in all different shapes, sizes, ages, blood types, DNA and RNA proteins, and telomeric sequences. 
5.  Our struggles are meant to be like a hike on the Appalachian Trail.  Jesus is the friend along with us for the adventure.  He knows the way to Maine.

went on a visit to the cabin... a little boy named samuel was born... God heard his cry and the beat of his heart. he truly is a samuel boy.

This free slideshow design customized with Smilebox Hello friends, I decided to have a closing reception on July 31st from 1 PM - 4 PM for my JULY art exhibit at the "O" Gallery, located in the Arcade. There will be free wine and refreshments and music by a guest Artist, friend -- MANDY MANN. Her song HOME is featured within the invite. If you bring a bottle of wine (even a cheap one), 25% off any painting. All pieces are negotiable, like in a market. i'll be ready to haggle. I want my work to be availalbe to everyone. Kids are welcome. Please come if you can and don't be afraid to bring your whole family... would love to see you there!!!!!!!
